Story behind the design.
Canidelo Gallery Residence was once a furniture store. Strict national and municipal rules, such as building codes and zoning laws, made it difficult for architects to create a viable project on the little property. But we came up with a brilliant solution: a modern, four-story building with eight apartments that each have two bedrooms and meticulously maximize space without sacrificing comfort. They adopted a minimalist style and chose large windows over hallways, filling each apartment with natural light and stunning views of the sea. They used creative methods, like double-glazed windows with sun guards and vertical metal beams that resembled wood, to reduce solar heat gain while maintaining thermal efficiency. The Canidelo Gallery Residence, which offers occupants unmatched comfort and tranquility in the midst of the windswept coastal terrain, is a monument to architectural creativity and astute design. It also demonstrates a dedication to sustainability.
The floors span levels 0 to 3, with the ground floor covering 168.27 m². The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors each have areas of 170.90 m², 170.42 m², and 170.90 m², respectively. Each apartment is designed to accommodate four people and includes two bathrooms. The interiors are strategically designed to optimize sunlight exposure and views. Additionally, every unit boasts a spacious living room and kitchen with stunning sea views. Residents enjoy a large, private balcony ideal for sunbathing and enjoying breathtaking sunsets. Constructed in 2022, Canidelo Gallery Residence features units with a gross area of 144 m² each. The building is equipped with an elevator and a basement parking area sufficient for up to five cars.
