About the project.
Pinto da Costa house was designed for a client who was already retired and wished for a new home in Braga. The ambitious program imposed the existence of one indoor swimming pool with a direct connection in the living room that could be opened in summer to the interior courtyard of the land. The remaining functional program is similar to other houses, with 3 bedrooms and their bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, garage and office on the upper floor adjacent to the main bedroom.
